She strengthens the IART France teams within CCR Re’s Underwriting and Services Department. ![Elisabeth Header](https://blog.arundore.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Elisabeth%20Header.jpg?width=1200&name=Elisabeth%20Header.jpg)   Elizabeth is 47 years old and holds a Master's degree in Finance & Management Control from ESSEC Business School. She has worked mainly in the reinsurance industry, where she successively held analysis, audit and consulting positions in financial, technical and risk management departments, and then in reinsurance brokerage.   She began her career in the Axa Group where she stayed for a decade. In 1997, she joined AXA Re as Management Controller within the Actuarial France Division, before joining AXA Liabilities Managers in 2001 when it was incorporated, in charge of studies and analysis of technical and financial activity monitoring. In 2007, she joined the Paris Re group in the Actuarial Holding department where she managed the Reserving of Asian entities and the Management Control of the Group Actuarial Department.
